Q. How long will your slings last?
A. Many factors affect the life of
patio furniture slings: northern or
southern climate, covered patio or
in the sun, proximity to the ocean,
etc. Our slings are made from
high-quality, commercial-grade
vinyl-coated polyester manufactured
for outdoor use and depending on
conditions, will last 7-15 years

Which fabric is best?
A.The fabrics we carry (F8, FL, FP,
FS and FT) have different qualities.
The F8 materials are easiest to
install, the FP fabrics are the most
difficult. FL fabrics are softer and
feel less like vinyl. The F8 and FP
fabrics are the easiest to clean.
The FS and FT fabrics feature our
newest colors and patterns.

What's your exclusive Order-by-Model
method?
A. Order-by-Model allows you to
order replacement slings without
measuring. If you know your
furniture model, start by looking
for your manufacturer under slings,
i.e. Slings - Brown Jordan. Then
choose the new sling you want, i.e.
chaise, chair, etc. and select your
model from the drop down menu.
Q.
I know I have brand name furniture,
but I don't know the model. Can I
still use the Order-by-Model method?
A. Absolutely! Email us a photo(s)
and we'll identify which sling will
fit your furniture. Be sure to take
the photo from the side or at an
angle so we can see the arms and the
base. Some people have several
models of furniture -- even from
different makers. If you think this
might be the case, include those
pieces in the pictures. (Note: when
emailing us through the Contact Us
section of the website, you can
attach only one image at a time; you
can email multiple photos from your
email.)

Can I send you one of my old slings
to use as a pattern?
A. Sure, mail it to Patio Furniture

Q.
I have four dining chairs and two
more that have taller backs. Are
they high-backs?
A. The best way to determine a
low-back, high-back or ultra-high
back is to measure the length of the
sling rail.

in matching fabrics?
A. Not at this time
