Return and Exchange Policy
Our slings are custom-made
and are not returnable,
unless an error was made by
Patio Sling Supplies or
Patio Furniture Supplies. Be
certain that your
measurements are correct. If
the slings you receive are
not consistent with the
measurements you provided in
your order or you received
the incorrect color, only
then will you be issued a
Return Authorization Number
(RA#) for your products to
be replaced. Go to our

Slings & Pre-cut
Patio Slings
Pre-cut
straps are custom-made and
are not returnable, unless
an error was made by Patio
Sling Supplies or Patio
Furniture Supplies. Be
certain that your
measurements are correct. If
the slings or pre-cut straps
you receive are not
consistent with the
measurements you provided in
your order, or you received
the incorrect color or width
strap, only then will you be
issued a Return
Authorization Number for
your products to be

Shipping Dates & Methods
Our
custom-made slings normally
ship in 10-14 days after
receipt of payment. Patio
Sling Supplies ships via
FedEx or United States
Postal Service Priority
mail.

Order Change or Cancelation
To change or
cancel an order, you must do
so via email within 48 hours
of placing your order. Any
order that has been shipped
cannot be changed or
cancelled; any order that
has been shipped falls under
our Return and Exchange
policy. There are no
refunds, only store credit
unless otherwise authorized
by Patio Furniture Supplies.
